This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the website, products, and services of CABODEX LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use our website, products, or services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Infringe intellectual property or misappropriate confidential information;
• Distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Circumvent license-key validation or share, resell, or pirate our Software;
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any deceptive or abusive conduct;
• Transmit spam, harass others, or publish unlawful, hateful, or harmful content;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

2. GEO/AEO service conduct

Optimization services must be used for lawful, legitimate businesses and content. We do not provide services intended to manipulate platforms through deceptive practices, generate misleading information, or promote prohibited, fraudulent, or harmful offerings.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate, including cooperating with law enforcement where required.
