Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for products and services purchased from CABODEX LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Service engagements (app development, GEO/AEO)
Service work is quoted and invoiced before it begins. Because our services involve dedicated time and labor:
- You may cancel an engagement in writing before work has started for a full refund of any amount paid.
- If work has already begun, we will refund any portion of the fee that corresponds to work not yet performed, less costs already incurred. Work completed and delivered is non-refundable.
- Recurring (monthly) plans can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following cycle. The current paid month is not pro-rated unless required by law.
2. Digital license keys
Digital license-key activations, where offered, are delivered electronically and grant immediate access to software. Because of their nature:
- A license key is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if it has not been activated or redeemed.
- Once a key has been activated, it is generally non-refundable, except where the software is materially defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- If you receive a key that does not work, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@cabodex.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we are quick to resolve issues directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
