• Mobile app development — design and development of native iOS, native Android, and cross-platform applications, delivered on agreed milestones, including App Store and Google Play submission.
• Web app development — responsive web applications, dashboards, and companion sites.
• Maintenance & support — ongoing updates, monitoring, and feature iterations after launch.
• GEO & AEO optimization — an optional add-on to improve your visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines.

3. Quotes, orders, and payment

Service pricing is shown on our Pricing page as packaged plans or as custom quotes. For custom work, we provide a written quote that you must approve before any engagement begins. Once approved, we issue a secure invoice with an online payment link. Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

4. Delivery

Service timelines are defined in your quote or order. Digital license keys, where offered, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically immediately after payment is confirmed.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Any software we license to you is also subject to our End-User License Agreement.

7. Intellectual property & deliverables

All content on this website is owned by CABODEX LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. For custom development engagements, ownership and licensing of the deliverables (including source code and designs) are defined in the relevant engagement agreement or quote — typically, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, while we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.

8. Client responsibilities

For service engagements, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or materials reasonably required for us to perform the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.

9. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or results from GEO/AEO work, as these depend on third-party platforms outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CABODEX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; cancellation of paid engagements is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
