These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at cabodex.com and the services offered by CABODEX LLC ("Cabodex," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our services

We are a software studio. We provide:

• Mobile app development — design and development of native iOS, native Android, and cross-platform applications, including App Store and Google Play submission.
• Web app development — responsive web applications, dashboards, and companion sites.
• Maintenance & support — ongoing updates, monitoring, and feature iterations after launch.
• GEO & AEO optimization — an optional service to improve your visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines.

3. Estimates, quotes & payment

Pricing is shown on our Pricing page as hourly rates and fixed-price services. Before any engagement begins, we provide a written estimate (for hourly work) or a fixed quote that you must approve. Once approved, we issue a secure invoice with an online payment link. Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-compliant providers; we do not store your full card details.

For hourly engagements, we track time and bill against your approved estimate; you are notified before any agreed estimate is exceeded. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.

4. How we work — process, communication & support

After your order is confirmed, this is how an engagement runs and how we stay in contact with you:

• Single point of contact. All communication runs through support@cabodex.com. You always have a direct line to us for questions, changes, or issues.
• Milestones & updates. Work is delivered in clear milestones. You receive regular progress updates — and, for hourly work, time reports — so you always know the status.
• Your approval. You review and approve each milestone. Larger projects are billed across milestones rather than all at once.
• After delivery. Deliverables (app builds, source code, or reports) are provided electronically. Post-launch support is provided as described in your quote or under an optional Care Plan.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: you can cancel before work begins for a full refund, and any work not yet performed is refundable.

6. Dispute resolution & customer protection

Your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right, please contact us first at support@cabodex.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it — through revisions, a partial refund for work not performed, or another fair remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We aim to respond within one business day. Separately, card payments are also covered by the standard dispute and chargeback protections offered by your bank or card provider.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of our website and services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Intellectual property & deliverables

All content on this website is owned by CABODEX LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. For custom development engagements, ownership of the final deliverables (including source code and designs) transfers to the client upon full payment, while we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how. Any specific terms are set out in your engagement agreement or quote.

9. Client responsibilities

For service engagements, you agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or materials reasonably required for us to perform the work. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, or results from GEO/AEO work, as these depend on third-party platforms outside our control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CABODEX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time; cancellation of paid engagements is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
