End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and CABODEX LLC governing your use of any Cabodex mobile application or software unlocked by a license key (the "Software"). By activating a license key or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and payment of applicable fees, CABODEX LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with the plan you purchased.

2. License keys

  • Each license key is issued for the activation scope described at purchase (for example, per device or per seat).
  • License keys are confidential. You are responsible for keeping your key secure.
  • Keys may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or distributed without our written permission.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software except as permitted by law;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with license-key validation or other security features;
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. CABODEX LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted other than those expressly set out in this EULA.

5. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Such updates are governed by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms.

6. Term and termination

This EULA applies for the duration of your license term. We may terminate it if you breach its terms. On termination, you must stop using the Software. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CABODEX LLC disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license.
